Our office is in Eastvale, which puts most of this region inside a short drive. Corona, Norco, Jurupa Valley and Riverside; Chino, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga and Upland. This is the area we know best and work in daily.
Cities We Serve
Riverside County & The Western Inland Empire
Two counties, and a genuine split between newer tract development and much older housing stock. The project changes accordingly.
Riverside & Jurupa Valley
Much older housing stock in parts of Riverside brings original foundations, dated framing and drainage that was never designed for the hardscape added later. Additions and structural repair are common.
Chino, Ontario & Rancho Cucamonga
San Bernardino County work across a similar mix of newer tracts and established neighbourhoods, including the same post-agricultural ground conditions found across this corridor.
Upland & The Foothills
Grade becomes a factor closer to the foothills. Sloped lots need retaining and drainage designed as one system rather than as two separate scopes.

Conditions Across This Region
Inland Summer Heat
Long triple-digit stretches change how concrete is placed and cured, and they punish pool equipment and irrigation. We schedule pours around the heat rather than through it.
Flat Ground, Little Fall
Across much of this corridor there is limited natural fall to work with. Added hardscape can strand water against a foundation, so grades get shot before anything is designed.
Mass-Graded Tracts
Large areas here were converted from agricultural land through mass grading. Pads are engineered, but drainage paths were designed for the original landscape plan, not later additions.

In the established neighbourhoods, what is actually in the ground rarely matches what anyone assumes. We verify before we design a connection to it.
