    Common Questions

    Do you charge for estimates?

    Standard site visits and written estimates are free. If a project needs engineering, plans or a formal investigation before it can be priced, we will tell you that up front.

    Are you licensed?

    Yes. CSLB #1143857 covering B, C-27 and C-53. We will provide license verification on request.

    Do you handle permits?

    Yes. We manage plan submittal, permitting and the inspection sequence as part of the contract on work that requires it.

    Will you work as a subcontractor?

    Regularly. We support prime contractors on concrete, masonry, site, carpentry and aquatic scopes, and can be listed on your bid.
