General Contractor in Eastvale, CA

Our office is on Limonite Avenue, which makes Eastvale the shortest drive we make. We hold three CSLB classifications, so the addition, the concrete around it and the pool behind it are all built by the same licensed contractor — not three subcontractors pointing at each other.

Why Eastvale Projects Look The Way They Do

Eastvale incorporated in 2010 and was built out fast, mostly on former dairy land. That history explains almost every call we get here.

A Housing Stock Hitting Its Twenties

Most Eastvale tracts went up between roughly 2003 and 2015. Builder-grade flatwork, original area drains and first-generation pool equipment are now reaching the end of a normal service life — all at roughly the same time, across the same neighborhoods.

Backyards Delivered Unfinished

A large share of these homes were handed over with a slab, a fence and bare dirt. Finishing that rear yard — concrete, patio cover, outdoor kitchen, pool — is the single most common project we price in this city.

Engineered Pads & Mass Grading

Converting agricultural ground to tract housing meant large-scale cut and fill. Pads are engineered, but drainage paths were designed for the original landscape plan — not for the pool, planter or addition someone added later.

HOA Architectural Review

Master-planned communities mean submittals, setbacks and approved materials. We build to what the association actually approved, and we sequence the permit and inspection process alongside it.

Three Licenses, One Contractor

What We Build in Eastvale

The same three classifications we hold statewide, applied to what this city actually asks for.

Room Additions & Structure B-1

Second stories, bedroom and bath additions, permitted patio covers and interior remodels. Engineered plans, shear and hold-down hardware, roof tie-ins that match the existing line, and the inspection sequence handled for you.

Concrete, Drainage & Hardscape C-27

Driveways, side yards, patios and walkways; retaining walls and pilasters; grading and drainage correction when water is running the wrong way. We fix the grade before we pour, because the pour is not the problem.

Pools, Spas & Equipment C-53

New pool and spa construction, structural remodels and re-plaster, hydraulic re-pipes, VGBA-compliant main drains and equipment replacement. Because we also hold B-1 and C-27, the deck, wall and cover around it are ours too.

What We Design For

Conditions Particular To This Corner Of Riverside County

Water Has To Go Somewhere

Eastvale sits near the Santa Ana River on relatively flat, graded ground. On flat lots there is little natural fall to work with, so added hardscape and pool decks can strand water against a foundation. We shoot grades first and design the drainage before anything gets poured.

Inland Summer Heat

Triple-digit stretches change how concrete is placed and cured, and they punish pool equipment and irrigation. We schedule pours around the heat rather than through it, and size equipment for the load it will actually see in August.

Neighbors On Both Sides

Tract lots are close together. Access for excavation, shotcrete and material delivery has to be planned, and dust, noise and street conditions managed. We tell you up front what the site logistics will actually involve.

Work That Has To Match

New concrete next to twenty-year-old concrete, or an addition against an existing roofline, is a finish problem as much as a structural one. Matching joint patterns, elevations and materials is part of the scope, not an afterthought.

Service Area

Around Eastvale

Eastvale is our base, and we work outward from it daily — Corona, Norco, Jurupa Valley and Riverside in Riverside County; Chino, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga and Upland in San Bernardino County; Anaheim, Yorba Linda and Irvine in Orange County. See the Inland Empire & Riverside County and Orange County pages. Los Angeles County work is project-dependent — ask and we will tell you straight.
