Permit History From Before Incorporation
Jurupa Valley incorporated in 2011. A lot of what stands on these parcels was built while the area was unincorporated county, and not all of it was permitted. We check what is on record before designing an addition that has to tie into it.
Former Dairy & Agricultural Ground
Mira Loma and the surrounding corridor were dairy and agricultural land. Organic-rich fill, buried footings and old utility runs turn up in excavation, and overexcavation is sometimes the honest answer rather than a surprise later.
