Tad's Construction Inc. (“Tad's Construction,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through tadsconstructioninc.com and through communications you initiate with us by phone, text message or email.

We may collect information you voluntarily provide when requesting an estimate or contacting us, including your name, phone number, email address, project address, preferred contact method, project type, project details, budget or timeline information, and photographs or documents you choose to share.
When you browse the site, we may automatically receive limited technical information such as your device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and prepare project estimates, communicate about requested or active work, provide customer service, operate and improve the website, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
If you ask us to contact you by text or phone, we use the number you provide for that purpose. Message and data rates may apply. We do not use consent to text as a condition of purchasing services.
Quote Forms and Optional Email Updates
Our quote form uses FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service. When you submit it, your project details and any attached photographs or documents are sent to FormSubmit for delivery to Tad's Construction Inc. Please provide only information and files relevant to your project.
If you select the optional email-updates checkbox, we also record your name, email address, telephone number, consent date and time, signup source, and subscription status in our subscriber database. We maintain an unsubscribe token to support subscription management. Selecting this checkbox is not required to request an estimate.
If automatic subscription recording fails, your quote email includes a note so we can record your opt-in manually. You may ask us to stop marketing emails by contacting brian@tadsconstructioninc.com.
To limit repeated subscription requests, the signup handler records a daily hash derived from the requesting IP address, together with request counts and timing. This rate-limit record does not store the raw IP address. This does not describe or limit separate hosting or server logs.
Browser Privacy Signals and External Services
When your browser exposes an enabled Global Privacy Control signal or Do Not Track setting to this website, we do not initialize Google Analytics on that page load. This does not delete information collected previously.
Our website uses DigitalOcean hosting, Google Fonts and an embedded Google Maps map, alongside Google Analytics and FormSubmit. These services may receive your IP address and browser information when your browser connects to them. Third parties may use cookies or similar technologies and collect information about activity over time and across websites, depending on their practices and your settings.
The analytics preference does not block requests needed to load the website, fonts or map, or information you choose to submit through our quote form. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting and contractual requirements.
