Alluvial Fan Cobble North Of Foothill
From Upland through Claremont, La Verne and Glendora the ground is wash below the San Gabriels. Cobble in footing and pool excavation is normal and it drives cost more than anything else.
Hillside Standards In The South
Diamond Bar, Walnut and the Rowland Heights edge sit on Puente Hills clay with hillside management standards above certain grades. Soils reports govern wall and footing design.
